Run your tax practice from one place, not eleven.

Taxira is practice management for Pakistani tax and accounting firms. Clients, deadlines, documents, filings and invoices in one workspace — so a partner can answer “where does this client stand?” without opening four applications and a WhatsApp thread.

14 days of full access. No card required, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Why firms move

The work is not the problem. Finding it is.

Most practices are not short of process — they are short of one place to keep it. Taxira replaces the scattering, not the expertise.

  • Client records live in spreadsheets, and the current one is whichever file was opened last.

One client record — NTN, STRN, SECP, contacts, documents and history — that the whole firm reads.

  • Deadlines are remembered, or they are missed. The calendar is somebody's memory.

Obligations generated from each client's services, with what is due, when, and who owns it.

  • Documents arrive on WhatsApp, get renamed, and are re-requested twice.

Requested, uploaded, verified and versioned against the filing they belong to.

  • Nobody can say what the firm is owed without rebuilding it from invoices.

Quotations, invoices, payments and renewals joined to the work that earned them.

The arc

One continuous thread, from enquiry to renewal.

Each stage hands to the next with its context intact. Nothing is retyped, and nothing has to be remembered to survive the handover.

What is in it

Built for how a Pakistani practice already works.

Clients

One record per client with registrations, contacts, assigned staff and the full history of what the firm has done for them.

Compliance

Obligations generated from the services a client actually buys, with periods, due dates and the filing that closes each one.

Documents

Requested against the work that needs them, then uploaded, categorised, verified and versioned — with expiry tracked.

Tasks and workflows

Work assigned to people with due dates, dependencies and blocking reasons, generated from service blueprints or raised by hand.

Billing

Quotations, invoices, payments and credit notes, with status that follows the money rather than being set by hand.

Team and permissions

Six roles across the firm's operations, so a junior sees their own work and a partner sees the practice.

Seeing the practice

The point is noticing things early.

Taxira does not file returns for you and does not claim to. What it does is make the state of the practice legible — so a deadline is seen while there is still time to act on it, and a receivable is chased before it ages.

  • What is overdue, and whose it is

Overdue work and filings needing attention surface on the dashboard, attributed to the person who owns them.

  • What is due next

A compliance calendar built from real obligations, so the next fortnight is a screen rather than a conversation.

  • What the firm is owed

Receivables ageing, revenue and collections, and a renewals outlook — seven reports over live data.

Pricing

Every plan is the whole platform. You choose how much of it you need.

Compliance, documents, the client portal, credentials, billing and reporting are on every plan. Seats, clients and working storage are what change.

Billed monthly and paid by bank transfer — Taxira sends payment instructions and activates the plan once the transfer is confirmed. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically. Reaching a plan’s limit stops new work being added; it never removes records you already hold.

Trust

A tax practice holds other people’s records.

These are properties of the product, enforced in code — not a list of intentions.

Role-based access

Every operation is governed by a role. What someone may do is a rule the server enforces, not a hidden button.

Firm-level isolation

A firm's records are reachable only by that firm. The boundary is enforced in the database itself, on every query.

Audit trail

Who did what, to which record, and when — recorded as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Controlled document access

Every document request is authorised against the caller's role and firm. There are no public or shared links — a file is fetched, never handed out.

Controlled client access

Clients see their own requests and documents through a separate portal, bound to what the firm has shared.

Permission-aware workflows

Assigning work, approving a client and raising an invoice each check the acting person's authority before anything moves.

Start with one client and see how it feels.

Founding access is open now. Create your account, set up your firm, and bring in a single client’s next filing — that is enough to tell whether Taxira fits how you work.
